Do I have to make an appointment for pointe shoe fitting?
No! Just head down to our store in Covent Garden and we will take it from there.

Do I need to pay for a pointe shoe fitting appointment?
Our pointe shoe fitting appointments are free of charge!

What does the L and the H stand for on your shoe sizes?
L stands for large (Adult) size and H stands for half-size (6H means size 6½)

Are your Aspires true to size?
No, you will need to go up one size larger than your outdoor size

How do deliveries usually take?
Orders placed before 12 pm are usually despatched on the same day, but during busy periods, please
allow up to 14 days!

How do I exchange for a different size?
You should find the paperwork in your parcel, just fill this out and return your item to our Leicester
branch
