This service is exclusive to current RAD Registered Teachers. When ordering, customers
must provide their RAD Membership Number to validate their status. This service is

business contract. All payments will be made to Freed of London Ltd, and your contract
starts once payment has been received from your account. Please note no further discounts
Right to Cancel
If you are a UK/EU customer, you have the legal right, under The Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order. You have seven working days,
starting on the day after you receive your goods, in which to exercise your right to cancel.

receipt of shipment.
Items are requested to be in original packaging and be complete with sole saver plastic
covers. Nylon bases products, where the goods can not be restored in the same physical
state they were supplied, are exempt from return due to the distorted nature of the goods
once worn. Nylon products deemed faulty by Freed of London Limited will be accepted as
returns and subject to full refund.
We request that you send a copy or original invoice with your return, ensuring the package
is securely wrapped or boxed. A receipt of postage, such as a certificate of posting, would be
advised for all returned items. The customer has a Statutory duty to take reasonable care of
the goods and to return the goods in reasonable care. All returns postage is at the expense
of the customer unless goods are deemed to be faulty by Freed of London Ltd. Freed of
London Ltd can offer a returns collection service for a standard courier charge, dependant
on location and weight of returned goods. Please contact Freed of London Ltd returns
department for a specific price.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30

orders. Your contract as a customer will be with Freed and all payments will be made to
Freed of London. Returns postage charges are deemed payable by the customer unless it is
deemed faulty by Freed of London Ltd, then a full refund is given.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling. Prices and specifications are subject to change without
notice. Freed of London Ltd are not responsible for local customs/duty tax charges in your
country. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Items unavailable at the time of order are placed on backorder, unless otherwise requested.
Substitute products can be offered under written notification should any products be
unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. If substitute product is not suitable then a full
refund including all postage charges will be given.
All orders must be paid for at time of purchase. Payment can be made using all major debit
or credit cards. Payment will be processed through WorldPay. Freed of London Ltd can not
offer any form of credit.
Freed of London aim’s to dispatch orders within 48 hours. However, in busy periods this
may be longer. There- fore, please allow 30 business days for delivery. Freed of London Ltd
will send items either by courier or Royal Mail Delivery. Fault, Damaged and Incorrect
Returns Policy In order to qualify for a full refund where items are found to be faulty,
damaged or mis-described, customers should notify Freed of London Ltd within reasonable
time. Please wash any worn clothing as per manufacturer’s instructions. Items returned to
Freed of London Ltd will be reviewed and when the fault is verified a full refund/exchange
will be given.
